Pasta e Olio

Unfortunately there is nothing gluten free here even though online menu says so… When I went into the restaurant and asked the workers who cook there about gf pizza and pasta, they were just laughing at me and they’ve never heard about something like this (yes sure, what the point?) As you know this always feels unpleasant since we don’t choose to be gf. and it’s not about fashion but about being able to live and eat like “normal” people. Actually the place could have a good potential for gf/lactose free customers because there is vegan cheese there…

This restaurant stopped offering gluten free menu But next to this restaurant there is an delicious restaurant they offer gluten free pizza and pasta Le-candele highly recommended.

I had a pizza at Pasta e Olio, and it tasted SO good! The server even told me that they produce the gf dough in a different location to avoid cross contamination! I think they used the same oven though... so I’m not 100% sure if a celiac could eat there. Considering the price and the taste I would say a 10/10!!
