Review of Pasta Jay's

They have an extensive gluten free menu. The "garlic bread" is just like a pizza crust but it tasted okay. The waitress said they cook all the gf pasta is separate water and the GF pizzas up high away from flour. I was happy she knew what she was talking about. And seemed confident.
