If you’ve taken on a gluten-free diet for the health benefits, this might be a good place to eat. If you have celiacs, STAY AWAY! There is nothing to prevent cross contamination. They use the same cooking appliances and same prep area for both menus: gluten-free and non. The waitress was very honest about these details.

I e-mailed asking about cross contamination. The person who responded told me to go somewhere else if I was worried about that!

When asked for the gluten free menu today, we were told it was with the menu she handed us. We still could not find it and discovered it was on the back of the special menu. We asked if gluten free items were done in a separate part of the kitchen and the waitress said no. When I mentioned Celiac Disease and cross contamination she said let me check with the cook. She never came back and we decided to leave without ordering lunch. This place is not safe for Celiac Disease or wheat tolerance, Please find another option.

Pasta Mista is one of the first and best restaurants I've found in the Chalfont area with a gluten free menu. The entrees are delicious, and especially the 10' personal sized gluten free pizzas. I recommend this restaurant to all family's looking for a healthy, delicious meal!

The Gluten Free menu at Mista is great! The Gf pies and entrees are a tasty reminder that not all Celiac friendly dishes are created equal. The food is never bland or dull, but also adheres to my dietary needs!

Best gluten-free menu I've had! shrimp fantasia was wonderful. along with their pizza!

Gluten Free Pizza Was the best I ever had! They run specials all the time on GF entrees. And they are getting the Gluten Sandwichs soon
