Visited for lunch and I was not impressed by my experience. I told the server that I could not eat gluten and she was not knowledgeable. I asked if the Alfredo sauce had gluten in it and she thought that the egg noodles were gluten free! (They are not). She did check with the kitchen and said the only sauces that did not have gluten were the red sauces, and she made a comment that she had to struggle to even get that info from the kitchen. No mention of being able to make dishes gluten free like mentioned in other reviews. I ended up getting chicken parm with the chicken grilled with a side of gluten free pasta (assuming it is Barilla since they sell it in their lobby). Considering the servers poor knowledge and inability to communicate with the kitchen if you are very sensitive I would be wary.
