Had the gf pasta with hot vodka sauce. Waiter was knowledgeable about celiac and what I could eat. I felt very safe. They brought steamed broccoli to dip in their tomato oil instead of bread and it was perfect! Will definitely be back!

Amazing! The food was excellent, our waitress was very knowledgeable and took my celliac and allergies very seriously. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me options and could even make me something different to accommodate me. I will definitely be back!

My daughter ate the GF pasta and was sick an hour later. It was disappointing because we thought we found our new favorite spot since it tasted so good. Too good apparently.

My daughter and I went in search of some GF pasta and found this place. It was great and they were very knowledgeable. The serving sizes were generous. My daughter had no issues as a Celiac after.

Great experience. Explained that I had celiac and was reassured that the gluten free pasta was prepared separately on its own water and items prepared in its dedicated areas. The pasta was amazing. I had the basil pesto penne with a side of broccoli. It tasted like actual pasta. Our bar staff server was attentive and personable. Definitely highly recommend.

Went for dinner with a friend. Staff were very nice and knowledgable. I got the broccoli with the hot tom oil (so good!). Do keep in mind it is not a substitute for the bread; they do charge for a full side of broccoli. Gf pasta had me kind of nervous because it was so good and similar to regular pasta. Overall, great meal! I did jot have a reaction after.

I got takeout: the wicked chicken regigies with gluten free penne and a salad. Two hours later, I get sick. Don’t eat here if you have celiac. You’ll get glutened.

Ordered take out to avoid the 1-1/2 hr wait at the door. Food was ready to pick up within 1/2 hr and delicious. We ordered the gluten free alfredo with shrimps and whisky sauce with chicken. The hostess taking the order over the phone was very professional and excellent attention to details for allergies to Gluten.

Always a tasty and safe meal! I’ve been here for years and never had a problem. There are many options for pasta as well as other dishes. The chocolate pot de creme (without cookie) is so rich and delectable! I recommend showing up when they open to avoid a long wait.

Colorado needs a place like this. Great Food! I have celiac and this place can have a 5 star. They have GF pasta and Sauces 😋Great customer service. I will go back for sure!

Untrained incompetent staff, gave me regular pasta when I asked 3 TIMES TO ENSURE IT WAS AND STATED ALLERGY- took 6 calls to get A MANAGER. terrible customer service. Never refunded the meal, and I missed a day of work. STAY FAR AWAY

Staff was brief with answering questions (or quick, which was a good sign) but I ate here twice with no problems. GF penne, most sauces are safe. Contrary to a previous post meatballs are not GF. Don't recommend the carbonara but the pesto is great
They only have 1 gluten free pasta - but it is prepared in it's own water and all of their sauces are GF as are their meatballs and sausage. Also, their other entrees can all be modified. While none of their appetizers are GF they will bring you a salad or a side (try the maple carrots and parsnips) as an app. It is disappointing that I can't eat the bread they bring to the table, but all in all we are sure to go back because as long as I like pene pasta I can eat almost anything on the menu.

Our daughter is gluten free and also has an onion allergy. The only thing they had available for her was GF pasta, plain. Not flexible at all with trying to prepare a protein for her without onion. Very disappointing. Won’t be back again.
I was unimpressed with the selection. You can get GF penne with a few different sauces. They can make a few things gf too. I would not call this a gf menu. I am very sensitive with my celiacs and got some mild cross contamination. Can't say I'm surprised since there is bread everywhere.

Truly delicious food and very accommodating staff.

AMAZING. The staff is so kind and willing to accommodate, and the food is probably the best pasta I've ever eaten. It's worth every penne ;-)

Great place. Highly recommend the fresh mozzarella and their famous spicy hot tomato oil. Pesto and bolognese were worthy contenders. Go early or you'll have a long wait.
Gf pasta is cooked in separate water. All sauces are gf. Most entrees can be made gf. Knowledgeable waitstaff on what is/is not gf.

Great food! Gluten free pasta is corn based. Not entirely sure if it's prepared in its own dedicated water.
Yes
Their spicy hot oil sauce is gluten free, vegan, and lactose free and is amazing. They now offer gluten free penne pasta as well.
