They say they have GF pasta & pizza but the servers will tell you that the kitchen is covered in flour and they won’t guarantee anything. The GF pasta is cooked in the same water and the server said “it’s boiling water. All the gluten will be cooked out. If you find a non gluten free noodle in your bowl, just don’t eat it”. I ended up ordering a $19 Caesar salad that was very small and underwhelming
I had dinner at Pastaio tonight with some friends. There is not a specific gluten free menu, but my server was very knowledgeable about gluten free options that they had. They have gluten free pizza and pasta. I got the fusilli with broccoli rabe and sausage with the gluten free pasta substitute. The server reassured me that he verbally communicates with the chefs about gluten free allergies to avoid contamination. My food was delicious and I had no problems after dining here. Great experience!
