I was looking for a gluten free bakery as we have none in Dublin and I’ve heard of a good few here. I bought glazed donuts, lemon slices, custard donuts, bread rolls and a slice pan. It was all so delicious I couldn’t believe it was gluten free. The bread rolls were the best gluten free bread I have ever had. I had no symptoms after eating it all. Wish we had something like this in Dublin.
