I went here in September on a date with my friend who has celiacs and the whole experience could NOT have been any better. The owner and chef is so kind and welcoming, the food is amazing, and everything is gluten free. I can’t recommend enough. If you’re within driving distance in Tuscany this place is a must. My friend really enjoyed her experience here and so did I.

Everything Gluten free, much choose, sit down for lunch, breakfast or just afternoon, coffee. Great staff. They also sell their own GF flour.

The best 100% gluten free pastry and bread store I have seen so far. Great croissants, breads, pies, cookies and a great cup of coffee too. Very friendly owner and staff.
