almost the entire menu is gluten free since they use corn flour for their arepas and empanadas. There is no separate GF menu, but the staff was super helpful to point out my options and to help me customize options further to eliminate dairy. Patacon sandwiches made with plantains instead of bread are absolutely amazing.
