Cambio el review: fuimos de nuevo y mi señora quedó muy mal después del Ciabatta sin gluten. No lo recomiendo
Review anterior: Pedimos una Ciabatta sin gluten y estaba buena y no tuvo consecuencias en una persona celíaca muy sensible. Nos dijeron que hay separación en las preparaciones pero no 100%.
