Food tasted great! I had a hamburger and fries. The only thing I would have liked is for the hamburger bun to be toasted as it was soggy when I received it. But it felt good to be able to go to a chip truck and eat without worry.

They're so friendly. Owner has celiac so they know how to be safe. Poutine is the best gf poutine you can get, period. Seperate side to make burgers and sandwiches for gf and they're also delicious.

The person who served us was very courteous and reassuring. They cook the gluten free separately. My boyfriend who is celiac had an emotion while having their poutine which tasted like "real poutine".
