Gluten-free stall at the regular Féria Saturday market: gf cakes, empanadas and coffee.

On safety—We have a dedicated kitchen space, oven and gluten-free fryer. No wheat products come in contact with any of our ingredients, utensils or surfaces. We are trained in cross contamination as I am a coeliac.

I am a coeliac pastry chef, myself and my partner David are trained in cross contamination and food safety. I make gluten-free cupcakes, vegan gf brownies and peanut butter balls while David (Sámara Street Food) makes the best gluten-free empanadas and enyucados in Sámara with some vegan gf options too 😊 In addition, we offer iced coffee in dry season and hot coffee all year round.
