Went here for a friends birthday and they told me over the phone they could do GF pasta. When I tried to order it and explain that it needed to be cooked in different water the waiter told me I was dumb for wanting gluten free food at an Italian restaurant and that he couldn’t control what happened to my food. So then I said I wouldn’t be eating and he was like I’ll bring you chicken and I was like “well what seasoning do you use” and he was like “there’s no gluten in chicken, it’s fine.” The manager had to come over and he took care of me but I was beyond aggravated by the lack of knowledge and rudeness, especially since I had called ahead.
