Pat’s has always been a favourite - an amazing Italian butcher in our community! When I was diagnosed with coeliac disease, a few months ago, I struggled to find nearby locations with good gluten-free options. However, over the past while I’ve seen Pat increasingly stock more and more gluten-free items. There’s specialty gluten-free pasta of multiple types, fresh tortellini, and gnocchi. They also have signs about which of their prepared meats and marinated meats are gluten-free, and there are a significant number of them. They change their gloves to new gloves every time. I’m so happy to have them in our community!
