At check in, we explained about my wife’s gluten and onion allergy. Every morning we were issued with the dinner menu for that day, which the chef had marked up every individual item, indicating whether it contained gluten or onion. My wife then selected which items she would like. The hotel’s restaurant could not be anymore accommodating, for her intolerances, which made for an enjoyable stay, unlike many hotels we have had the misfortune to stay at.
