Staff and kitchen have good understanding of cross contamination, for instance fries are done in a separate fryer. Staff very friendly and will bring out an allergen book for the menu on request. Food was fantastic, serving great steak as well as traditional Belgian dishes like Stoofvlees and Videe gluten free.
