GF bagels, dedicated toaster. Asked for allergy GF omelette and they brought it out with regular bread on it, had to explain and send it back. If you do make sure you say no toast explicitly I guess.
Son thought GF bagel, pretty good.

My son had the best bagel ever! Great staff. Very conscientious. Can’t wait to come back.

They have many options for gluten free including, bread, bagels, pancakes, and french toast. Pauli the owner of very nice. When I mentioned my coffee want hot he immediately came around front and took care of it! I'm not sure about cross contamination bc I couldn't see in the kitchen.
So great! I can’t wait to go back.
Excellent!! Everything bagel egg sandwich with turkey bacon π² Delish!! Even have organic coffee and non dairy cream cheese!!! Hit the spot for this pregnant lady ππ»π³ will be back
Had a great breakfast wrap with egg whites, tomato and Swiss cheese on a GF wrap. The wrap was much better than I thought it would be. They also have GF bread, bagels, and several packages snack options available.
While the owner and staff are friendly, and they heavily advertise and promote their gluten-free products, this place is wrought with cross-contamination for a celiac. They use the same counter, knives, etc. for their GF bagels, wraps, and bread. When you order a wrap, they throw the GF wrap in the same microwave to warm it up as regular wraps, sometimes both together (touching) at the same time (I witnessed as I ordered a regular wrap and a GF wrap). They also fry their eggs and breakfast meats on the same grill as pancakes (both regular and GF!) I wish I could give Pauli's a positive review for those wanting a GF bagel, wrap or sandwich, but they just don't get it and will NOT go out of their way to ensure food safety for celiac sufferers.

Wow! Great food. Awesome bagel and super friendly staff.
The bagel was very small, but it was amazing! I had a poppy seed bagel with scallion cream cheese and I was in heaven!!!
Amazing AMAZING bagels! They even have a separate gluten free toaster to toast them β€ totally a little bit of Gfree heaven in Norwalk!
Pretty good French toast per my kid. There is a good chance of cross contamination on the grill but the sandwich prep looks ok. Not for the strictly celiac which is too bad bc it's a great little joint.

A nice little surprise in Norwalk. I have a gluten free everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was soft and held together pretty well. Definitely a treat to find a decent gluten free bagel outside of the city!
Gluten free bagel with lox and cream cheese was yummy. Best bagel I've had so far. The home made Blondie brownie was dry but it could have been a bad batch or something. Other menu items look good. I will have to go back and try.
Update March 31- although they use a dedicated toaster they cut on the same counter and knife as non gf sandwiches. Strike two...not celiac safe.
Warning, they take no precautions preparing gf sandwiches. Same counter full of crumbs and same knife to cut your order. If you're very sensitive do yourself a favor and pass on this place until take gf more seriously.
best deli around hands dow
A bagel (no GF bagels) deli that will make any delicious sandwich on GF bread. Shelves stocked with GF snacks and baked goods. Fabulous omelettes and salad with grilled chicken.
