Review of Paul's on Times Square

Where do I begin? The caprese salad had firm tomatoes with delicate Buffalo mozzarella resting atop a bed of roasted red peepers. Their only entree available gf is the pizza, but why would you get anything wise when it's perfect? The crust is a standard gf crust, but it's just the foundation. They crowned it with a white cheese, arugula, delicate prosciutto, and fig jelly. There was no sauce and there was no need for it. Run to this restaurant!
