Great salad! I am sensitive to cross contamination and didn’t have any reactions. They have a separate GF menu. Delicious salad. Highly recommend!

Worker was knowledgeable and confident. Dedicated fryer for French Fries! I was so excited! Had a chicken sandwich on gluten free bun with fries. It was flavorful and good to have something safe. Options for my non gluten free family that were good per their opinion.

Spoke with the manager after looking at the gluten free menu and was comfortable ordering. It was delicious and safe!! I had the cheese grits and Brussels sprouts since I’m vegetarian and wasn’t very hungry. I will be going back again when in Nashville!

Decent selection for GF and great weekday deals. Fries haven’t bothered me but I’m not sure about the fryer situation.

Amazing spot. Gluten free menu had lots of great options and the gluten free buns were great! They have a separate gluten free fryer. Super knowledgeable staff and great potato salad as well!

The staff was knowledgeable about our celiac and multiple allergies. Previous commenter mentioned fries, but they were NOT on the gf menu and our server said they were not safe. I had the Reuben and it was delicious!

So glad to have found this place locally! PDK is brand new in Bellevue and they don’t disappoint. There is a dedicated gluten free fryer and the staff is trained to prevent cross contamination. My son was so excited to be able to eat fries! No hint of being glutened and we’ve been here on 2 occasions now and at different times of the day. The service was consistent both times. The staff was very friendly and answered any and all questions I had. We will definitely be back. Oh, and did I mention they do delivery and pick up through the DoorDash app!?! Owner just said to write in the special instructions area that it’s for a person with celiac and they will follow all the same procedures as if we dined in!
