Food was pretty good. Had to try this place for a gf waffle. Dedicated waffle iron, but no dedicated prep space. The waffle was great, but I didn't feel 100% okay after this meal. I would still go there again, just maybe I'll try the pancakes instead. Do not use the table salt...beware noodles in the shakers.

Separate fryer for potatoes, according to the owner. Although I’ve not eaten the fries, we regularly eat breakfast here (egg skillets, omelets, hash browns, gluten free pancakes, bacon, etc.). Never have been sick from food. Wait staff handles gluten free requests well.

We read on line that this restaurant was wonderful and had gluten free options and decided to try it since we are not from the area. When we walked into the restaurant the hostess was friendly and prompt. When I asked about a gluten free menu she said they had pancakes, waffles, and toast. The menu does list these gluten free options, but there is no dedicated menu. When our waitress came to take our order she was not very friendly. When I asked for the gluten free pancakes she said, "gluten free what ?" She did not know what gluten was and my concern with eating there rose. I was with my family, who are not gluten intolerant and finding a place to eat, when you are traveling through an area, is not an easy task. To avoid leaving the restaurant I ordered- two eggs, (she informed me the eggs were cooked in vegetable oil) bacon, fruit, and gluten free pancakes. Since our waitress was harried by the ever growing crowd, and quite sour in attitude, I did not ask additional questions about the kitchens cooking procedures with gluten free foods, When the order arrived the GF pancakes had a toothpick in them, but she did not know if the syrup was gluten free so, I avoided the syrup. I took a bite of the bacon and found it to be under cooked, limp, cold, and flavorless (I did not eat it.). According to my family the non GF orders were good. They had bacon omelet, gypsy skillet, and three duces. As a coffee fanatic, I love one good strong flavorful cup, I did not order the coffee, they had the traditional coffee brewing, but my husband did tell me the coffee was pretty weak.
