Ate breakfast here twice during a stay at Sparkling Hill. I wouldn’t rush back but if you’re staying it’s nice that they have GF options. Had the farmers bowl - potatoes, bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, arugula. It was lack lustre but filling. Loved that they brought out little GF pastries when we arrived. Hot tip, the cafe downstairs has various GF desserts (open noon-10pm when we were there). Great for a cake treat!
