Excellent variety of GF menu items with a emphasis on seafood. I like it even better than their established sister restaurant George's Bistro. The atmosphere is upscale and fun and the staff seems to understand gluten precautions very well. One of my favorite local spots. During the tourist season reservations would be smart.
Good experience. I ordered the Ribeye with mashed potatoes. This entree was $49 but a very good and large Ribeye. The fries were also gluten-free and fried in a dedicated frier. The also have gluten-free deserts. It is expensive but if you want more of a fine dining experience this is a good place. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
The name says it all, it’s a rare Pearl that I highly recommended for excellent cuisine and Celiac friendly options. The staff are amazing & knowledgeable on all Celiac precautions.. Our waitress Brianna was Awesome in explaining everything in detail.. Our new go to favorite!
A tiny little place that you don't want to miss! It was truly amazing. We ordered calamari, seafood waffle fries, and a burger with a GF bun. It was all incredibly delicious! The calamari is made with cornflour and the fryers don't have anything with gluten going in. The waitress said they take extra precautions for gluten free since there are some items (like burger buns) that contain gluten. I can't say enough good about this place.
A really stellar experience all around with plenty of gluten-free choices. I had seafood fries as an appy, and then the Pumpkin Risotto with lobster added as an upcharge. Both were beyond excellent. No issue with gluten for me.
Items are clearly marked and the staff knew their way around the menu.
It was truly delicious. You can tell everything is made with ultra high quality ingredients.
Definitely going back. There's a lot on the menu that's GF here.
A posh environment with a casual, laidback Pcola vibe comfortable enough for shorts and nice shirt. Food was well-prepared, menu clearly marked with GF items, and our server was knowledgeable how to accommodate our GF dining requests.
I had the stuffed-baked vermillion whole snapper special (not the collar) with char-grilled asparagus and shared a side of fries (from a dedicated fryer) with curry ketchup and truffle aioli. My dining companion had the GF vegetable risotto with added shrimp.
The whole meal was delicious and beautifully executed. If my wallet and stomach could have afforded it, I would have sampled the many GF options. We left full and happy.
The only things I’ll ask for differently next time are less oil on my asparagus and something other than the fries to share. I can’t handle much fat, and the few I had were too greasy for me.
Beautiful atmosphere! Our server was SO knowledgeable and kind, the head chef is Gluten Free so almost everything is GF! We got the Thai Shrimp Bisque (amazing & spicy), the crispy red snapper (lovely), the seafood fries (stole the show), and the vegetable risotto (good). Overall an amazing experience!!
I had a phenomenal time at this place. Went with 4 family members that can eat gluten and everyone had a fantastic meal. Everything is clearly labeled and the servers are very knowledgeable. The service was excellent and so was the food. On the higher end in terms of price but well worth the cost. Will absolutely be returning to this place in the future.
This place is a great one to add to your list. Almost everything is able to be made gluten free. The waitress was knowledgeable about gluten and asked if I wanted the cooks to change gloves and utensils out. That made me feel even more comfortable to eat there. The gf bun offered was surprisingly good. We had fried pickles for the first time in years. The smash burger was great also. It is kinda tricky to find at first tucked away in the back of the garden. But well worth the hunt. They have an updated menu from the one in the app.
Great experience here! Super cute restaurant in downtown Pensacola with a lot of gluten free options. I had the chargrilled oysters and the fried grouper with French fries and coleslaw. They have gluten free batter and a separate fryer and they flagged my items as a gluten allergy. I had no reaction and I felt pretty safe eating here.

I ate here the first time - AMAZING food and no issues. Second time, I got Glutened terribly. Apparently the sauce they put on my plate, even though I asked and verified was GF, was not actually GF. They told me this after I had already used it. The customer service was not good regarding their error and I did not want to come back.
Ate here 2 more times since then at the request of my friend group. Haven’t had any further issues getting sick, but still don’t appreciate the way they handled their mistake. The food is pretty good though.
We really enjoyed this gem. My first time having calamari in over a decade. Their batter for everything is light and delicate. Seasoned to perfection. The fish was fresh fresh fresh.
The service and suggestions were exceptional. The servers all know their gluten free!
Small place, limited seating. There is a courtyard with food trucks and picnic tables outside, so you could grab to go ordered and sit outside. They do take reservations.
Best seafood we've had in years.
Wasabi coleslaw is Amazing!!! Had it as a side with the grouper fish and chips. Excellent food, excellent staff, our waiter took great care of us. I i could hear the chef callout my order needing precautions for celiac. Great, great, great place!! They are located next to a food truck park, great atmosphere, fun environment.
They have several gluten free items to choose from. The menu has gluten free indicators to reflect which is nice instead of asking about everything. The food was delicious! My only complaint is the salad pricing. I bought a wedge salad with a side of 4 small grilled shrimp and that was almost $18. There was hardly any toppings on the salad and for that price there should be plenty more.
This place is amazing!! They have a dedicated GF frier. Waitress was very knowledgeable and super sweet. She also made sure to tell the kitchen it was a “very severe allergy” so they knew to be extra careful. 100% would trust this place as a sensitive Celiac. So glad to have this option downtown!!
My husband found this place while looking for a place with breaded, fried fish that was gluten free. Their fried fish is all gluten free! They also offer fried pickles that are gf. Their batter isn’t thick, but it was still pretty good. It hit the spot! I haven’t had fish & chips that I didn’t make myself since we were in Disney Springs several years ago. It was a nice treat. It came with a slaw salad or green salad and either sweet potato or regular fries. They offer several dipping sauces. The Parmesan truffle topping for the fries was delicious!
The dining area is very small but they’re in a little covered outdoor park that shares seating. We went on a Wednesday night and it wasn’t crowded but they do take reservations if you want to be sure. Their menu is very clearly marked what is gf and what is not. They have quite a decent amount of selections. 3 hours later and so far I did not have any reaction from my food so I think I’m in the clear! I’ll definitely be back. Right up the street is an ice cream place with lots of unique gf options of Hershey’s ice cream.
