Review of Pearl Dynasty Chinese Cuisine

The owner was very kind and had experience cooking regularly for a local Celiac family. She helped us go through the menu and knew exactly what could be done to make most things gluten-free.It was really nice to find a place with gluten-free soy sauce while traveling. Our party had one person with Celiac disease and one with a wheat allergy.
