I wouldn’t go here if they are busy. I went on a Friday night for my boyfriends birthday and ordered GF ribs and an entree. The ribs took an hour to come out and I ate one. The server came back 5 minutes later and said “Actually THESE are the gluten free ones.” Long story short management blamed the server the server blamed the kitchen but I got glutened. They did not handle the situation well and I will not be back. Complete breakdown in communication. I’m giving them 2 stars because I’ve been here or ordered takeout 3 times prior and this is the first time I’ve gotten sick.

Very good as long as you are clear to the staff about your needs. I have eaten here a couple of times and am just careful to say that I need my food prepared separately.

Really delicious food, tastes like real Chinese food! Hard to believe it’s gluten free.

I have met the owner before and he said his daughter I believe has celiac (could have been his niece I forgot) so they take gluten free restrictions seriously).

Really amazing chicken dumplings, sesame chicken and chicken, with broccoli. I always do takeout but the inside looks very nice too.

They were great . You just have to let your waiter know that you want the gluten free options and that you are celiac. My daughter was beyond happy to finally eat Chinese food.

They have messed up my gf food a bunch in the past but have vastly improved their service.

I was so excited when I found out that Pearl East has a gluten-free menu. I have eaten there on three separate occasions taking out the food other times and I've never had a problem with my order. They seem to be very concerned with GF free. My family does not have celiac and we have never had cross contamination issues.

Can make almost everything on the menu GF. Very knowledgable staff and everything we have tried is delicious. They even do General Taos GF!

The restaurant is very aware of gluten free requirements and the food is delicious. You can call in advance to have spare ribs marinated in gluten free sauce.
