Reached out to enquire about cross contamination risks and if they had a separate cooker. I had a lovely response and
I know some are ok with some cross contamination but for us a bit to high a risk.

Good morning whilst we carry gf and df options , we make pizza on-site so flour is everywhere in our kitchen and our fryers are not dedicated either. Its very hard in a pizza kitchen to contain the gluten contamination.
