No clue why this place is on this app. Waitress said they can’t even do a gf omelet because everything is cooked on the same surface, so there’s a lot of cross contamination. She offered fruit, cottage cheese or a salad and that’s it. Wish this place wasn’t listed so We didn’t have to waste a trip and embarrassingly have to walk in there and have coffee poured just to have to get up and walk out.

I have no idea where the other people on these comments got their information. My waiter just confirmed that they cook everything on the same grill as the gluten pancakes. The hash browns and bacon are the ONLY things prepared separately (the waiter gave me conflicting information on the eggs). They only have one toaster and the gluten free French toast is NOT CELIAC safe.

Went early so not very busy. Waitress understood Celiac. They cook hash browns separately in a safe spot (away from pancakes). Made Denver omelette from eggs to avoid possible gluten from pre-mixed egg source.

The staff is totally on it, they toasted my gf bread on a separate grill, it was bread from a local bakery and was outstanding. And the omelette was enormous, the hash browns are cooked on a dedicated flat top.
