Review of Pei Wei

7-13-2018, great gluten free meal. Ordered the original spicy chicken. Took an extra 5 minutes to cook gluten-free. It was worth the wait.

6-28-2018, Went to eat there for the second time because the first was so successful. I ordered the same as last time but this time I was told that my food would take 40-45 minutes to make because they had to clean out a wok and the cooks don't stop to do that when they are busy. The server told me that I was better off to take my chances with an uncleaned wok. I passed and went to look for another place to eat. I doubt management would like the service I got today.

Between 2 and 3 of MSP C Terminal. Have a few GF choices. I had the original spicy chicken. Takes extra time to make the GF dish (5-8 min, worth wait). Ask for the GF (Gold) soy sauce.
