Review of Pei Wei

As a celiac customer, I was concerned that the busy staff would help to get a dish that met our requirements - no gluten, no dairy, not cross-contaminated. The staff was excellent in helping to ensure that the dish we ordered was perfect. We ordered a simple version of Mongolian Chicken. So happy that the staff worked with us on our request. We highly recommend this restaurant.
