This celiac truly appreciates the safe dining experiences I have had at Pei Wei in Stuart ,Florida. Limited, but delicious GF offerings, knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff and a place to enjoy a meal that won't kill me. :)

Especially yummy Vietnamese chicken salad rolls....
