Pelican's SnoBalls

My recently diagnosed daughter (celiac) was excited to find a place with so many gluten free treat options. There are 100 gluten free snow cone flavors. You can also have ice cream in your snow cone, and the server was nice enough to bring the ice cream container to the window so my daughter could read the ingredients label. Bonus: They offered sugar free options for me (diabetic).
