One of the best gluten free crusts I’ve ever had. Unlike the typical cracker-thin cauliflower crust, this crust was not a cauliflower crust and had volume, and even some fluff to it. Apparently it is imported from Italy. They also had gluten free pasta. The food was very good overall. There is risk of cross contamination, as is always the case with pizzerias, so I’d suggest just asking them to take precaution (like a cleaner slicer, etc.) if you have are very sensitive.
Recently discovered they now offer GF pizza and pasta. I'm a pizza lover, so that's usually what I order. I have never felt sick after, and the crust they use is amazing. It's got a sweetness to it that really brings out the savory flavors provided by the toppings.
