Review of Peony Bistro - Asian cuisine and bar

They new pretty well about what celiac diseases is. Just asking they have gluten-free soy sauce in the back they’ll get you. also, I’ve asked to use distilled vinegar for their sushi. I only get the sushi bar there just make sure you ask for no crunchies on top(panko) I usually get the Alaskan roll and the cucumber roll. I’ve been going there for a while now and I still haven’t had a reaction yet. I haven’t tried the hot menu yet. But I do know the miso soup is gluten-free. Just let your waiter know.
