The Peppertree is a fine dining restaurant. It was a favorite place prior to my daughter having celiac. We went for the first time since she was diagnosed. We called ahead of time and when we got there, all 5 people serving us were educated and aware of my daughter having celiac and that she could not have any cc. When we left my daughter said, “that was the first time I ate out and didn’t feel like I had celiac!” She had bread before dinner, lobster bisque soup, salad, pepper steak with rice and crème brûlée. She never felt nervous the whole time. The only different food she had than us was the bread. It was such a great experience from the time we checked in.
