The porterhouse tested GF on Nima, but the creme brûlée that was supposed to be GF tested positive. Waiter Josh was very attentive
This cozy, classy restaurant was a great find in Big Bear. Indoor/Outdoor seating. Everything is made from scratch, the owner and waitstaff are extremely knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. Very friendly also! Had a previous manager with celiac, so well trained. We had the talipa with cream sauce, warm spinach salad, clam chowder. All amazing!! They also have a gf creme brûlée that we will try next time. I felt great the next day, and I am super sensitive. Thank you Peppercorn for a beautiful anniversary dinner!!
