I stayed here for four nights and ordered room service a few times. I ordered a breakfast with scrambled eggs and cheese, bacon, hash browns and gluten free toast. Yum! The next day I ordered the spa caesar salad with grilled chicken and specified it needed to be gluten free (no bread or croutons). Unfortunately, when it arrived to my room it had two large pieces of grilled bread on the salad and I was headed to an event off property and didn’t have time to get it replaced, but they refunded that meal for me. The third day, I ordered a Reuben sandwich on gluten free bread with potato salad and it was all so yummy! It was definitely the GF bread, because I recognized it from the breakfast a few days earlier. Definitely a highlight meal of room service. They can do any sandwich with GF bread, even though it is not notated on the menu. I just made sure to ask that all other ingredients were GF, as well. I have celiac and did not get sick. Just make sure you get what you ordered and ask the right questions and you shouldn’t have an issue.
I had chicken tacos. The server understood gluten allergy even though I’m celiac. I’m super sensitive and got to enjoy my meal and felt fine!!
The coffee shop is my “go to” for Eggs Benedict!!! They have GF bread so I sub the English muffin for bread and they plate it the same way. It’s one of the only places I know that makes their own Hollandaise. A lot of the powdered versions have gluten.
Attended a conference and spent 7 nights at the hotel. Most of the time I left the property or had food I brought (they cleaned out the mini bar for me to use as a fridge and brought a microwave). I had three lunch "meals" and they were okay, no celiac reaction, but didn't feel great after (a single GF, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian option--think high fiber lots of beans). The catering manager was nice and checked with the chef, but her lack of knowledge of kitchen and restaurant protocols was an indicator that accommodating celiac wasn't a priority. No conference breakfast or evening social foods were safe-all buffets and no alternative was offered.
It’s not listed on the menu (why???) but they have gluten free bread for sandwiches and can also sub GF bread with the room service menu.
