I know better than to expect a lot from a little lake town ice cream hut so maybe this is unfair. They do have clearly stated allergy info on each label of their Ashby’s brand ice creams, but when you tell the worker you are making your choice based on gluten allergy and she puts the scoop straight from the strawberry cheesecake into the butter pecan without even a rinse (thus contaminating the entire bucket), it’s not going to help anyone stay safe. I’m not sick and probably won’t be as I’m silent celiac, but anyone who is sensitive should probably skip it
