Wow! They really make sure the food is not crossed contaminated!!! It a awesome place. The cashier, manager and prep person made sure all my experience was wonderful. I was gonna walk away when I asked for gluten free bun because they don't have it but, the staff found a way that I wasn't gonna leave without a meal. Thumps up!!

Peppers staff will ask if you have Celiac Disease and make appropriate recommendations for your meal. The kitchen staff also take appropriate precautions, using dedicated space for gluten free salad prep.
