I haven’t eaten here yet but I called and they were very knowledgeable about gluten free. They have 4 fryers and one is for their crispy chicken sandwich. I would confirm with your waiter but it seems like there are options with the salads, chicken, salmon, steak and they’re happy to make substitutions.
