Review of Percent Bakery

I have been gluten- free for years due to a autoimmune disease (Hashimotos); even cross-contamination affects me so I have to be very careful. So when we heard about Percent Bakery we had to see it for ourselves. We drove for over an hour to get there and will do it again in a heart beat. It looks and sounds unreal but it’s not. Everything is gluten-free and tastes AMAZING! I cried tears of joy! This place is a godsend!!! You neeeeeed to try the cinnamon rolls, the brioche they use for the sandwiches, the pastelitos..I haven’t tried something I wasn’t blown away by yet. Don’t I ever will. Thank you for doing what you do!!
