You feel like a million bucks when you walk through the bakery doors! The owner (Maurice- hope my spelling is close) is so welcoming, friendly and just as excited as you are, if you have Celiac and can eat everything and anything in there! They have dairy free croissants that was flakey and so delicious, I had not had one in 6+ years. Had avocado toast with an egg (not on the menu) and purchased a cannoli and chocolate croissant to go for later! Heaven! The French press coffee was some of the best I’ve had as well... I am from Maine and would absolutely make this an everyday stop while on vacation. They had regulars come in that you can tell just love Percent Bakery, come to New England! Put this on your must visit list whether you are celiac or not, my friend that is with me supporting my dietary needs absolutely loved it too!
