Review of Percent Bakery

This place is outstanding! So impressed. You could tell me the food here wasn’t gluten free and I’d believe you. The puff pastry has such good flakey layers that hold up and don’t disintegrate into crumbs the moment you take a bite. How?!? Cannot recommend this place enough. Such a wide variety of options: sandwiches, desserts (sooo many desserts), pizza, salads, coffee, and more. The prices are not bad either, I’m very excited to go back and try everything.
