Perfect Plate has meal plans that are 100% Gluten Free. Everything they offer is 100% gluten free. I got a meal plan for me and my son to try for three days and we loved the food. It helped me stay on track with my calorie goals, and my son was happy to have the yummy snacks. The owner Kira really takes time to listen and found what worked for us. I will be adding a meal plan to our food every couple of weeks so I can get a break from cooking and know we are still eating healthy.

Grab and go meals, or you can heat them up and eat them on site. The employee who greeted me asked if it was my first time and if I had any allergies. Not earth-shattering taste wise but healthy and safe. Wish they were closer to I-35 as I think this is the only dedicated gluten-free restaurant between Oklahoma City and Kansas City.

Awesome food! We had the meatloaf and salisbury steak. The meat loaf is better than my own. They're set up in to go containers. You can heat up there or take.

This place is 100% gluten free so there is no chance of any cross-contamination. It’s nice to be able to simply order a meal without explaining anything. Food tastes great and staff is super nice!

This is 100% gluten free. I had the chicken burrito bowl and it was excellent. There are small and large portions available on most of the entrees. I'm excited to try more meals. I will definitely be back!!

Completely gluten free establishment. Mostly meant for take out as food is prepared ahead of time. Has seating and microwaves for sit and eat.
