I emailed them before I went and they responded immediately. Will fix your hotdogs on a corn tortilla instead of the bun. Many of the toppings are gluten free and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable to make sure you are getting GF toppings. Also used a clean space on the grill and changed gloves. I got the frank cuda and Benjamin Franklin. So yummy!!
