Good food and the waitress knew what she was talking about. Not the cleanest place but it was good food. Time for this place to have a renovation

Gluten sensitive menu and knowledgeable staff.
They had a GF menu which was a two-sided card; one side was lunch/dinner options but I honestly didn’t even look at it because we were there for breakfast. The other side was breakfast options. I choose a 3-egg ham & cheese omelette with fruit & hash browns. It was good and I never got sick.

While there’s no gluten-free menu, their eggs and bacon are safe. I can’t say much about the potential of cross contamination, but our party ate here and had no issues. The server was very accommodating in suggesting alternatives to sides and Other things that contained gluten.

They have a “gluten sensitive” menu available upon request, though there is a statement saying they don’t recommend for celiacs since they can’t guarantee lack of cross contact. I had a salad without croutons and a bowl of tomato soup, and a side of fruit. I didn’t get sick and my follow up celiac labs were negative so it worked out for a lunch with family. It wasn’t filling by any means, but it was fine. Some Perkins have separate griddles for eggs and hash browns from pancakes, so it’s always good to ask if you’re looking for something more filling.
