I had high hopes at this restaurant, based on the reviews. It wound up being very good food, but I was uneasy with the experience and am unsure if I would recommend it for other celiacs.
It is a counter service order/food delivered to your table restaurant. The menus DO NOT state what is gluten free, with the exception of gf pancakes on the menu. Based on the reviews here, I asked if sandwiches could be made gluten free, was told yes and went ahead and had a delicious Rueben. But nowhere in the menu (or anywhere else that I saw) was it noted that sandwiches could be made gluten free. I mentioned gluten allergy and they wrote that on the ticket and I did not get sick.

They were very good about understanding the needs of celiac. Separate oven to heat sandwiches.

They toasted my gluten free bread in a skillet, then cooked my potatoes, bacon, and eggs in it so there would be no cross contamination. I highly recommend this place, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll be coming back for breakfast tomorrow before I head out of town.

Although a bit on the expensive side, this small cafe is worth it. I believe it was the owner who helped us this morning, and both him and the chef who was working had previously come from a gf bakery so understood gf protocols. Although it is a shared kitchen, they do everything in their power to make it as safe as possible for gf. I have a severe sensitivity & know within 15 minutes, and this food was delicious and did not make me sick. I ordered a breakfast platter with eggs, bacon, fruit cup & a single gf pancake and it was yummy! Best thing is to talk to them before ordering as there isn’t much marked on the menu as gf optional, but most everything can be I believe he said.

This gem of a cafe is new as of June 2022. Although they are not dedicated gluten free, the chef has previous experience at a gf bakery so is fully aware gf protocol. He went as far as adapting the ice cream tacos for me. They try to source local as much as possible, roast their meat in house, the jalapeño cranberry relish is house made and amazing, and they are overall just great, hospitable people.
