They tell me only the Dal Makhini is gluten free, of the veggie options.
The other dishes that are marked gluten free are spiced with Asafoetida mixed with wheat flour. (the internet says this is done to prevent the spice from caking).

The majority of the menu is gluten-free and labeled as such. The food is very good and they are rarely busy. I have celiac disease and have not gotten sick.
