Absolutely delicious! So excited to finally experience a fresh made roll around Italy, something that is so rare for us! They made up a special vegetarian one for me (the veg one on the menu is not gluten free, I believe something in it is battered or crumbed) and it was one of the best rolls I’ve had. Bread was light, crunchy and not so different from the normal bread 🤌🏼
