This place is 1 week from opening and I coincidentally was sitting behind owner/operator. When I tried to order gluten friendly pizza, was informed they share pans/utensils with regular pizza. After speaking with owner, he said everything is clean and new and wasn't shared. Says reason why it's gluten "friendly" is because countertops can have traces of regular flour that can cross contaminate. He offered to make me one himself on the house, but we were already headed out. I was informed that wings are gluten free with no sauce and they have their own dedicated fryer. I ordered those to go and had no reaction. Owner offered me to go back for the 3 weeks he was gonna be there and he would make my pizza himself. Might try it.
