Peter’s is my go-to for Asian takeout or dine in. While things aren’t marked on the menu, the staff is knowledgeable about what is GF or can be made GF. They have GF soy sauce and can make fried rice with it and will give you GF soy sauce in person if you dine in for sushi. A lot of Thai food is naturally GF, so this is a good spot with lots of choices. Always feel super safe here! If you are very sensitive to cross contamination, I would suggest asking about their cooking space, but I’ve never felt bad after eating here.

I’ve only had takeout since being diagnosed but everyone I’ve spoken with has been knowledgeable about what is gluten free. I’ve had red curry which is always gluten free there (and so delicious!). They will still make a note of your “allergy” for the kitchen. I’ve also had chicken pad thai which they can make gluten free. I don’t think their fryer is gf. If you are getting something with tofu make sure that you specify that you don’t want it fried.
