I am a loyal Petit Poutinerie customer. When I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2017 I was thrilled to discover I could still safely eat at my favorite food truck. Their menu is clearly labeled and most items can be made gluten free at both the food truck and the brick and mortar shop. They have a dedicated fryer and even put a note on their food truck once (years ago) saying it had *maybe been contaminated* by gluten. That sort of self awareness and consideration of the celiac community is why I love them.
